This whisky was produced in honor of the legendary Irish folk-punk band ‘The Pogues’ and is the second release of the West Cork Distillery in collaboration with this band.
The Official Irish Whiskey Single Malt undergoes a meticulous production process that includes triple distillation. It is then matured in ex-bourbon casks, which gives it its unique taste.
Color: amber.
Nose: Notes of lavender, caramelized nuts, salty chocolate.
Taste: Nutty-malty aromas, cinnamon notes, chocolate, peanuts.
Finish: Medium length, smooth, caramel nuances.
