Prvo i bitno što treba istaknuti, obzirom da traminac povezujemo s aromatičnim, slatkim vinom – ovo vino je suho! I vrlo posebno! I odlično, ako volite ovakva vina!
Biodinamika. Bio-Certificirano. Prirodno vino. Nefiltrirano. Minimalna intervencija.
The minimalistic, abstract representation of intrinsic truths has brought forth this wine. Unbridled, emphatic straightforwardness and a healthy dose of self-irony is intrinsic to the 2017 Traminer Freyheit, which is marked by charming curves. Exotic, yet compact fruit opulence with deep forest earthiness and a pronounced tendency towards fresh hops make the Roter Traminer Freyheit the pale ale of wines. Sheer aromatic fragrance suggests sweetness, which is not confirmed on the palate. Despite all cloudiness, this 2017 vintage shines on the palate with crystalline brilliance. The substantial yeasty turbidity does not veil, but rather exposes the kind-hearted core of a rustic powerhouse. For best enjoyment, shake before pouring!
Bottled in a clay vessel with conscientious handcraft and great care throughout the entire life cycle. The vineyards are currently in conversion to biodynamic cultivation. Handpicked end of August, spontaneous fermentation and left to macerate for 19 days on the skins. Gentle basket press, malolactic fermentation, matured for 17 months on its native lees in a used 500-litre oak barrel and bottled unfiltered without added sulphur.
