Grape Varieties: 100% Monastrell (Mourvedre)

Growing area: Selection of our vineyards spread throughout the estate. The plants are between 5 and 35 years old. They thrive over sandy loam soils with calcareous content.
Vinification: Destemmed grapes are fermented in a traditional way with temperature control (between 30º to 32º C). The maceration lasts between 12 and 14 days.
Malolactic fermentation took place entirely in small fudres.
Ageing: The wine was aged for 9 months in fudres of 5000 and 500 liters of capacity.
